One person on the phone, in particular... Grace. The new driver as well. However there was a mix-up as to how much we wanted the tank filled. Our request was the minimum of 125 gallons, instead, the driver had no notes, and filled to complete.
The initial person I spoke to in regards to my issue was not helpful at all and quite negative. She referred me to call the customer service department but they said I need to speak to the local office - so back I went and called the office again and spoke to Nicole- she was absolutely the most wonderful person!! She helped remedy my issue without passing me on to someone else. To me - that's Customer Service and you have an employee that really listens.
