They were able to come fill my tank within an hour of my noticing it was empty. Despite signing up for auto fill, there was an error and my tank ended up empty on a Friday before a holiday weekend. To fix the problem, they were able to send someone to fill my tank right away. Very impressed.
One person on the phone, in particular... Grace. The new driver as well. However there was a mix-up as to how much we wanted the tank filled. Our request was the minimum of 125 gallons, instead, the driver had no notes, and filled to complete.
The initial person I spoke to in regards to my issue was not helpful at all and quite negative. She referred me to call the customer service department but they said I need to speak to the local office - so back I went and called the office again and spoke to Nicole- she was absolutely the most wonderful person!! She helped remedy my issue without passing me on to someone else. To me - that's Customer Service and you have an employee that really listens.
