We are on automatic fill but called on a Friday to report that our level was down to 20%. The office was closed over the weekend but we called again Monday. We he delivery was made about two days later. That's great although we ask for a call from the driver before coming up our long, one lane road. No call was made but we weren't home so there was no chance of running into the truck.
Big improvement over last few years' service.
Once the service persona and I determined the problem was not that the propane had run out, the service person helped me relight the pilot light on the water heater. Not really his job, but much appreciated.
Your proactive service has gotten better over the years. The delivery person we have is great. A few months ago, He was running low and didn't have enough propane but he pumped what little he had and then came back with rest.
Also without tank level remote detection, you guys are very good at predicting our usage.
