Kristen A. Glisson is "the" reason I am your client/customer. I did in fact have a"major" problem with AmeriGas and finally I became so very angry I called to terminate my business account with you and Kristen asked me to calm down and tell her the issue and when I did she requested I give her a day or two to try and solve the issue....and a day later...KRISTEN had the issue solved and Kristen was soooooo kind and courteous I couldn't terminate my account with you folks. SO YOU need to thank KRISTEN. You folks just delivered recently refilled my tank and did a swell job. I contacted Kristen and asked Kristen to "get the tank refilled" and it was done presto! Really did not know delivery had been made. My dogs did not let me know driver had arrived, so guess they have got to know him. Everyone at AmeriGas have always been prompt and helpful on anything I have had to call or visit them about.

I like the way the receptionist talks with people with respect, rare nowadays. Also like Greg, he has always been respectful and courteous to me.I also like the way Amerigas has a senior citizen discount as we have to live on a fixed income and it is not an easy thing to do.
