It is delivered on schedule (most of the time) and we don't have to worry about running out. What I found disagreeable was that you have me set for a considerably higher payment than last year even though we had a credit at the end of the year. I tried to get it changed but your people in California were unwilling to deal with it and referred me to the local company to change the rate but still billed me for the higher rate once the local people changed the rate..
I really like dealing with the local people but am very dissatisfied with the people I have talked to in California.
