Fast and professional services, friendly and helpful service staff. I am a senor citizen and sometimes slow with my words when I call to get information, but the staff is always kind and helpful. A special thanks to my local Waterloo IL staff. Sixteen years ago when I build my house in a rural area, Elaine (retired) and I became friends on the phone because she helped me through very tough times with my gas bill when I could not come up with all of the money at one time. I was a first time propane gas user and had no clue of how to handle the situation. That extra SPECIAL TOUCH is what makes a great business like Amerigas. I love my local office in Waterloo, IL. They are great and I always call them rather than going on line because it's so nice to talk with a real person and they are wonderful to talk to.
