Jeff Herndon was amazing. Very detailed and through inspection. He took time to explain findings- tell us what was serious what was not. He was excellent and would use him again. He did a home inspection and a radon test. We were under a tight deadline for due diligence and Jeff went out of his was to prioritize our reports.
