Overall summary: Very professional, kind, educational. Excellent inspection report! Very easy to navigate, terms that wouldn't be common knowledge have definitions built right into the report, and the maintenance tips/recommended professionals bits are absolutely amazing. Our inspector Vern was simply fantastic and has no equal; he was very comfortable to be around, extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, and incredibly thorough. He took time to explain things, never made you feel stupid for not knowing something just taught you and explained it flawlessly; I really feel like I have a better handle on being a homeowner after Vern went through these things with us. Just an all out fabulous experience.
