Since this was an energy audit inspection, I was surprised that the inspector didn’t bring his own ladder to go up the attic and instead he asked for mine. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a long ladder and he couldn’t see much. I was happy that I had asked the people who performed the insulation to take before and after pictures for me that I could provide. The same issue happen during the first energy audit inspection. For the price we pay, and as it is part of the work to go to the attic, the inspector should have what it takes to climb the attic. That was really disappointing.
