Our inspector, Matt, was very engaging and enthusiastic about his work. He made sure he gave us the info we needed verbally and then all the detail was in the report. The report was available late in the day the inspection happened - I greatly appreciated that. The report has a lot of nuance to it, separating out what the current homeowner should do now and what might be very helpful for us to do as new owners. I didn’t expect that and am grateful for it. Matt opened and closed every door, tested every electrical outlet and checked the temperature of the air coming out of every heat register.
