Inspection was thorough as was the written report. Written report being digital included video as well as pictures and clearly identified areas of deficiencies as well as the urgency for repair, and specifically where the problem was located. Inspector also took as much time as we asked for to go over their findings at the home with us and answer all of our questions. I’ve had home inspections in the past and this is by far the most thorough, professional, and pleasant experience I’ve had.

So pleased with the services and personal care Josh took while inspecting our new home. I'm several hundred miles from OR still and buying site unseen, He was very thorough explaining what needed to be done for safety purposes as well following up with clean pictures and going over the inspection on the phone with me. The office staff was as pleasant and helpful. A totally enjoyable experience!

Very detailed and with specific action plans. Trustworthy and experienced inspector. When I'm on site with client, I would prefer, though, if I were the one to recommend vendors. I have had not great experiences with the vendor Matt recommended. There are some vendors where because they have a hammer, everything looks like a ($25,000) nail. There might be equal options that would give the same level of liability protection but with a reasonable price tag that doesn't kill a deal or force me to contradict the recommendation.

Inspectors are always on time. The reports are thorough and easy to follow in that agents and buyers can locate where the repairs are to be performed because they are noted in capitals. The inspectors are helpful when presenting the findings to Buyers in that they answer questions fully and, where possible, show the buyer where the issues are. I think that agents and buyers walk away from the "wrap-up" with their questions answered. But, Amerispec is always willing to take questions later as well.
