Beyond any of our expectations the inspection was extraordinarily thorough, highly specific and detailed, and didn't seem to miss an inch of the house, interior and exterior. We have great confidence our inspector found every little issue with our newly built house, and problems the builder may not know can exist. Additionally, the inspector provided a report that was rich in explanation, and left no doubt as to the extend of the issue and its exact location.

Trevor Fleming was exceptional. Knowledgeable, thorough, excellent communicator, clear, encouraged and responsive to questions, friendly, well equipped to show us details based on the photos he took, and timely. We were impressed he scrambled throughout the nasty crawl space to take photos and observe all areas. His report was very informative and thorough with the addition of photos and videos effectively supporting his comments when pointing out his observations.
