Inspector was awesome. Very clear and concise with my already nervous clients. He was able to articulate issues without making everything out to be an alarming situation. He showed up early, went over the report summary, and said he'd be happy to answer any follow-up questions. AND on top of it all, did the inspection on a Saturday fairly last minute. 10/10.
