Reg Deck was our Inspector and from the moment we met him, it was clear that he was very knowlegable and thorough professional. He spent about 2.5 hours doing the inspection and welcomed us joining him to show us what he was looking at, considerations and any concerns. He explained the tools and equipment he was using and took very detailed information for his final report. He also came with a great deal of tools and equipment to ensure he could get into every nook and cranny like the crawlspace and roof. We got a summary of his findings verbally and he followed up very promptly with the written report. We felt very confident moving forward with our home purchase. Mr. Deck is a wonderful representative for your organization. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone wanting to do a home inspection.

we felt that our inspector was a little unclear in the initial assessment about what we could do to improve air leakage in our home. we therefore didn't get a good reading on our final assent for air leakage (which was disappointing as we felt like we had done a pretty good job)
