The inspector, Todd Newman of Bardstown, Ky, was very easy to work with in submitting his proposal for inspection of a commercial building, and then was been very communicative of the inspection scheduling (when it would start, how far along he was, etc.). He has also identified some issues unbeknownst to the company maintaining the building, indicating a very thorough inspection. Prices were reasonable compared to other inspection services, and he did not have any issue with performing only certain parts of his proposal. I would recommend his services to anyone in the area looking for a commercial building inspection.

Todd was very thorough and completed the inspection in a timely manner. His report was very detailed. I do wish that every electricial outlet had been checked and that every toilet on/off valve was checked. I have a seller who is unwilling to provide any information at all so the fact that the report mentions frequently that I should “ask the seller” is disappointing.
