Stewart was prompt, thorough, honest, quick & efficient moving about the 3 level home, running rings around us younger folk! Lol 😆 He did his due diligence with our best interest at hand. He was very friendly, down to earth, and explained everything to us in grand detail. The only down side was not being able to physically talk to someone when calling. However when I did get an answer, Daytona was nice, informative & answered all my questions & concerns! Thanks AmeriSpec ❣️ Hopefully all goes well on this housing choice! Happy Thanksgiving 😊 Get the service, we added on mold & radon for our peace of mind, health & comfortability!

We had a septic inspection, wish we had had a home inspection with Amerispec too, but we were on a tight schedule, and they were booked. Besides the deep knowledge (not to diminish the importance of that), we were especially happy with the very friendly inspector who was happy to answer our questions, and welcomed us to follow him around, answering numerous other questions beyond just septic. Note: a septic inspection can take hours based on the flow of water, and septic conditions. Thanks Myron.
