Cory really helped us dodge a bullet! He pointed out the crawl space being 80% hand dug out. We got an engineer out there per his request and found out it was not safe and would cost at least 50k. I found him very thorough and kind.

Cory was very professional and friendly. He was on time and had all the information ready to review when I arrived. His explanation of the inspection was detailed and didn't leave me feeling lost or overwhelmed. During the walk through / review Cory asked if I had questions after every explanation and helped me understand what next steps I needed for repairs. After walking through the house with him I am confident I know what to expect when I move in. If I buy another home I will use him and will definitely refer him to anyone I know needing an inspeciton.
