David came highly recommended and he did not disappoint - not only did he do a thorough inspection of the house I was buying, he did everything he could to support a first-time homeowner. He stopped nearly every step of the way to make sure I understood what he was checking for, gave me an opportunity to look into places myself, and plenty of lesser-known tips and time for questions. I wish I could buy another house just to chat with him!
