SHERRI WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE TOOK HER TIME EXPLAINING EVERY DETAIL. SHE OFFERED ASSISTANCE WITH PHONE NUMBERS OF WHO TO CALL IN THE COMMUNITY IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AND JUST SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS. SHE IS VERY THOUROL AND THIS IS WHAT MAKES A HOME INSPECTOR GREAT. SHE CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS AND WANTS THEM TO RECEIVE THE BEST, AND THATS WHAT WE RECEIVED. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR. WE RATE HER 10 OUT OF 10. EXCELLENT!

I liked the attention given to me and my needs during and after the inspection. They are very caring people that love their work. They take time to answer your concerns and provide excellent recommendations.
