I called Cal on a Friday and he was there Monday morning. He was friendly, professional and VERY thorough. He explained the process before he started because I had never been through it before. Cal was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the inspection. All my questions were answered even before we met in person. He even had small take home gifts (pens and mints) for myself, mom, and relator after the inspection. I'm still waiting on my report but I'm sure it'll be as thorough as he was while conducting the inspection.
