John gave us a very thorough walk thru of the house. He respected our desire to shadow him, observe, and ask questions. We ended up not buying that home due to some serious issues he pointed out. This was my first time doing an inspections. Mike made sure I felt comfortable enough to ask all my questions. He took the time to sit and explain everything in writing then physically took me to all of the areas he mentioned in writing. I was able to take notes as he talked and take my own pictures as we walked around the house. He was very professional and thorough.

Our inspectors name is John Loomans. He was great! Respectful, knowledgeable, prompt, he had specific answers to my questions and also could tell where my questions were going to lead next and he answered those without me even needing to ask. I am extremely pleased with his company and how he does his job! If anybody asks for a home inspector I will be sending them to AmeriSpec and Johns team
