Dave was highly qualified, very thorough, and clearly had our interests at heart as he went through the home inspection. I received a rapid response to my request for an energy audit. The auditor, Chris Germann, attended within a few days of my call and when he arrived he explained the home energy rebate and loans processes thoroughly and took his time to complete the audit. The report I received provided me with a detailed breakdown of the various elements within my house that were leading to energy use and waste and it provided a ranking with respect to which upgrades would be most financially beneficial. The cost was reasonable, particularly as I can claim a $600 rebate for the pre and post audits.
