The report and accompanying photos were very thorough and the information was very helpful. The report not only included information about the current status of the property, but also contained information about what and how to maintain the property on a regular basis. Bill Hall was professional and courteous on the telephone and he worked directly with our realtor as we were from out of province and could not attend the inspection.

The results of the inspection were presented in a final report that is well documented, thorough with commentary that makes it easy to identify and understand areas of concern/contention. Although the inspector was not available for a face-to-face meeting within the timeline imposed by the process to answer follow-up questions, he was available to speak over the phone which was extremely beneficial in terms of being able to address some of our concerns and clarify information that we required prior to making a final decision.

As we live in another province and have not actually visited the property we relied on Amerispec to provide a comprehensive report on the property. Not only was the report very professionally done, we spoke to Bill Hall after receiving the report and he was great in answering the question we had. Although I wasn't present to do the inspection with Mr.Hall, I felt he did an excellent job of locating the areas where there could have been problems. He went thru the entire house , room after rooms, to make sure there were no problems and to point out the locations that needed to be looked ofter. Good work. Thank you.
