Murray was excellent. The thorough inspection was one of the best inspections that I have ever had done. Also, Murray went over everything that was of concern as well as explaining some of the tools used. This was an excellent inspection and has definitely given me piece of mind going forward. I would highly recommend Murray and AmeriSpec for home inspections.
