this is my 2nd property to purchase and though the first one was from 6yrs ago I can still like able to remember hows the inspection explanations from the first property and to mention Peter was very knowledgeable on what he is doing, very nice guy and we do feel like that his trying to put his feet on our shoes on how his explaining his finds that is very detailed and thorough and ensures that we understand everything before proceeding.

I did some inquiry in four different companies and out of all the four peter was tye one who took the time to educate me of tye process and guve me information that is vital for someone who is a firt timer in terms of purchasing a my first ever pr0perty. He was very respectful, polite, honest and informative. He would educate me on the things i needed to know and when you ask questions he would take time to explain it to you. Worth it. I highly recomment peter. You wont get wrong
