Donald was our home inspector, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He did a very thorough job inspecting our new home and pointed out important issues while explaining everything clearly and calmly. He’s easy to talk to, super responsive, and has a really likable, down-to-earth personality that makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. His inspection report gave me a great inside look at the home, helping me make informed decisions with confidence. Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like — he’s just awesome. Rob and his team is thorough with their inspection, I would highly recommend him before making the largest purchase of your life. Have known him for over 17 years with deep knowledge of residential & commercial and comes highly recommended by fellow realtors as well.
