For starters, the inspector, Vern, was very nice and personable. That’s a plus in a world such as today! Very thorough and explained everything to me. When he was finished, he walked myself and my agent, around to show us what was inspected and how everything worked, or didn’t. In this case everything was perfect and I was very happy I was referred to AmeriSpec. Very reasonably priced. Am very pleased with this company. I too, will recommend them to my family and friends and coworkers, in need of inspection services.

Thorough inspection performed by Vern. He checked every cabinet door. Checked all appliances including furnace, A/C, water heater,refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and built in microwave. After the inspection was complete, he met with us and provided a verbal summary of his findings prior to sending the written report.
