Chas did a fantastic job and couldn’t recommend him more. I was on the fence about getting an inspection on a new construction home but it turned out to be worth every penny. Chas was on time and was very willing to answer any questions that I had. He found several areas that needed to be addressed that I would have otherwise missed. The report was extremely thorough and detailed not to mentioned delivered less than 12 hours of the inspection. We took the advice of our realtor and got the home inspection done for a newly built home in Sumter. Even though we thought there could be no major flaws with the new home construction, we were surprised to see what Chas was able to discover. He found several major repairs that need to be fixed by the builder. He is friendly, very professional and great at his job! Highly recommend getting a home inspection done even for a brand new home.
