I had an excellent experience with AmeriSpec Inspection Services, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Energy Advisor Mr. Donovan O’Halloran. Donovan’s work was truly meticulous. He conducted a very thorough investigation of our home that lasted approximately three hours, taking the time to examine every detail carefully and making sure he was getting the right measurements. Our house had been damaged by an ice dam, and we were working under tight timelines to obtain a report before starting any repairs in order to qualify for an energy rebate. Donovan was incredibly understanding of our situation and went out of his way to prioritize our case, which is deeply appreciated. The final report was detailed, well-organized, and extremely informative. Beyond its immediate purpose, I highly recommend this service to all homeowners, whether or not they are applying for a rebate, because it provides a much deeper understanding of the home and helps identify areas that may require monitoring, maintenance, or repair. After doing a lot of research, I am very glad we chose AmeriSpec Inspection Services. Thank you again to Donovan and the AmeriSpec team for your outstanding work.
