We found the owners and staff very helpful and knowledgeable, I appreciated the recommendations over which bikes were most suited for us. Staff weren’t pushy about sales - I felt comfortable going away and researching into the bikes a little more before committing to purchase. Great that you offer a finance option for the bikes. Customer service was great overall. The e-bikes are perfect, the electrical assist worked seamlessly on the hills and we had a great ride home after collecting them. We look forward to seeing you again for a service.

I’m really happy that I found Ocean Cycles through the Wednesday Social Rides. I joined my first ever group ride and was welcomed straight away by a friendly group who made sure I was comfortable throughout. When it came time to upgrade my bike, I knew I wanted to buy through Ocean Cycles as they’d already given me so much support. I visited on a Saturday morning and Helen and Garry took all the time I needed to talk through different bike options, as well as making sure I was fully set up with the right accessories and tools for solo rides. I used the Cycle to Work scheme through my employer and found the whole process straightforward and easy. As soon as the payment certificate came through, I popped into the shop and my new bike and kit were already waiting for me, ready to collect. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Ocean Cycles, I’m now riding regularly with groups, fully kitted out, and absolutely loving my cycling. A special thanks as well to Sam for fitting my water bottle cages.

Love my trek Ebike , service is excellent , ist service while I waited and a new chain fitted at the same time with great attention to detail cassette removed cleaned and checked etc . Went beyond to get me warranty via Bosch on 3 yr old Ebike resulting in a half price new motor They care friendly service
