Having sold me on the idea that Trek were a great brand who would look after me as a customer, naturally I am happy to visit Tim, Gary and Helen should any issues arise. Well in all honesty as I am always made welcome any excuse to have a butchers at bike related products and have a friendly natter is never a chore. So both my bike and myself were looked after by Amped and Trek when a few adjustments were required.
