Seating is very comfortable, cleanliness and service. I live 15 minutes from a theatre but I drive almost 30 minutes to Amstar because it’s much nicer. My whole family lives Anderson Amstar 14

We see a movie just about every week and always prefer to drive an hour to this cinema. The staff is always friendly, the popcorn is always fresh, and the entire place is very clean. Thanks so much!

The new seating they have is outstanding, it's extremely comfortable. Though my wide hips do sometimes push the buttons, by accident but it's not enough to be irritating. The food is pretty good, i enjoy the Rico's nachos and the pretzel. Though I wish I could get a cup of cheese with pretzel. like any theater the food's a bit pricey, my husband and I will usually get the two drinks in the large popcorn combo they're large drink is enough for me to get through the whole movie and he always has leftover popcorn. There was a bit of an accident with, The Secret World of Arrietty, where it didn't have subtitles, but they were nice enough to give us coupons because of it, to another movie. The movie was still really great, despite that. It had this nice whimsical magicalness to, it not knowing what they were talking about but I'd seen it before so I knew what was going on. Overall if you're looking for pretty decent food for theater, excellent seating, and the best of what's out movie wise I highly suggest the AmStar 14. My only complaint is a personal one and it's just that the movies are really really loud and so I often have to wear earplugs or earmuffs when I go to this theater.

My grandson loves coming to the movies there. It's a good place for Nana to take her 5yr.old grandson. And get a break to rest a couple of hours.

My original request for a ticket refund or credit for a missed movie due to an emergency was declined by corporate. After submitting a negative survey I was contacted by Vickie from the AMC theatre and she did the right thing and offered replacement tickets - great customer service, Vickie! Had she not done this I probably would not have gone to AMC again, and it is my favorite theater. If this is standard Santikos policy to not allow for any exceptions it will not bode well for future success for the chain. Companies go broke one customer at a time.
