Amy is a very professional real estate agent. She guided us through the entire process of purchasing a new build, which required a significant number of decisions during that process. She has numerous contacts throughout Ann Arbor, including lenders and builders. She readily answered all the questions we had and was always available for conversations as we moved through the process.

Everything! She is friendly, and genuine, and exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate in the Ann Arbor area. She also has a large number of colleagues (plumbers, electricians, structural engineers, etc.) whom she can recommend, and all of them are also very high quality and very reasonable in price. I can't imagine referring friends who are looking for a real estate agent to anyone else!

Our seller's agent, Amy Pachera was a delight to work with! She was professional in all our interactions. She guided us through the listing process with complete explanations of all the aspects. Amy and Real Estate One used professional photographers to highlight the best parts of our house. She used a professional stager to help us de-clutter our house to make it most appealing to the widest audience. She was able to secure a good number of showings with prospective buyers and their agents, and conducted a well organized Open House. Amy helped us understand the offer(s) that we received and helped with the contract signing. She always answered our calls about questions, or returned our message usually within an hour. Amy was there in person when we closed at the Title company and answered all our questions about the process of moving out. We would HIGHLY recommend Amy and Real Estate One to list and sell your home.

We could not be more pleased with everything Amy has done to help us find our new condo and sell our previous home. She has so much experience and is very personable. We basically put ourselves in her hands and let her “drive” the process. Amy has had our best interests front and center from the start and that greatly reduces the stress of buying and selling.
