I have always wanted to support this shop the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I have been looking for a specific bike for ages and we luckily found it here. Thanks Dan. A shop that maintains the same staff for years says something positive about that shop or business and how they treat and retain staff is the same method they use to treat and maintain customers. That attitude welcomes people to get in the door and support them.

The item I needed as a Christmas gift was on sale for quite a good price. I purchased it online, and saw that online order processing usually takes 1-2 days to prepare. A few hours later, I was nearby and called just in case the order might have already been processed. It was and I was able to pick up the gift on the same day! Just excellent service, and a game saver just a few days before Christmas! Thank you very much!!!

Outstanding, professional service. Dan took the time to advise me clearly on exactly which components I needed, and Chong carried out the installation with real expertise and attention to detail. I trust both Dan and Chong completely — this is the second major job they’ve done on my bike, and once again the work was excellent. The service was cost-effective, transparent, and comfortably within my budget, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommended for anyone who wants knowledgeable advice and top-quality workmanship.
