I just purchased my 2nd bike from Giant Ancaster. Again I was really impressed with the level of care they have for their customers. Eric and Dan made sure I bought the right bike for my needs and explained their 1 year service that they provide. I live more than 100kms from Ancaster but I wanted the best bike for my money and the expertise they provided when I bought my first bike from them in 2020 (My daughter has it now). Giant Ancaster went above and beyond again. I would definitely recommend Giant Ancaster for everyone that wants to ride.

Dan and Trevor always provide top notch service and advice. Giant bikes are top quality, good value for the money, and they stand behind their product. Chong is the best mechanic in the business if your ride needs service. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Giant Ancaster.

All the bikes and accessories at Giant Ancaster are top quality. If its not the best, they don't sell it. But for me its the staff that add the most value. Eric sold me my first "power assist" bike and has been instrumental in helping me set it up exactly the way I want it. I couldn't be a happier customer.
