Eric was very helpful in helping me decide whether to fix up my old bike or buy a new one. He was also very knowledgeable in steering my husband in the right direction for a new bike.
The customer service was excellent! I had three interactions with 3 different gentlemen and every experience was very friendly and helpful. The service on my bike was excellent as well. I am so happy with the outcome and would recommend this shop to anyone who asks where to service their bike or where to shop!
I like them a lot, and I especially like your location - the nearest bike shop to me.
My only (and usual) concern is that I wish that it was more possible to book appointments for tune-ups and repairs. Staff have typically been accommodating to me. But, as a local and longer-term client, I think it should be easier and more accepted to be able to book days/times for work on my bike. In my case, I don't have a car, so I rely on my bike as my main transportation. So, when I have an urgent repair, it would be reassuring to know that it can be take care of asap. Again, staff have been accommodating

Friendly, professional, helpful staff. I have a fair amount of bike technology knowledge and never was I made to feel patronized or that I was being sold something I did not need. The work done was very effective and exactly what we talked of doing. I'll be back for sure!
