I visited Giant Ancaster last Saturday, September 6th, to pick up a Revolt 1, and I had an amazing experience! JP helped me over the phone by reserving and preparing the bike I wanted. When I arrived, he set up a test ride and patiently went through all the features and the one-year service plan. JP is super professional, friendly, and genuinely patient. Highly recommend him and Giant Ancaster to anyone looking for a great bike-buying experience!

Factory dealership. Store in London where I bought it wouldn't service it because of the pandemic Their loss, Trek of London is where my mini fortune gets spent. I knew the part I needed, counter staff didn't chuckle at my uninformed questions. Can't wait to test the flevy seatpost when holidays are over. CHEERS 🍻
