Recently, I dropped by the shop to ask some general questions about some of the endurance bikes that they had on display. Even though I explained that I had no intention of buying a bike at this time -to replace the hybrid I bought in 2014- the staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions and explained the many options that are now offered -without pretense or arrogance. For now, I am going to continue to dream about a new bike. After watching a Ted Lasso episode where the team psych coach rode in on a foldable bike, I purchased one for my wife to go back ‘n forth to work … forward 3 years, first flat tire and worn tread, I took it in to Giant Ancaster. It was Saturday on a holiday weekend. Dan was the man! He fixed it up and had it ready for me within 2 hours. I found their service professional, time-frame wonderful and price super reasonable. I had my Cervelo road bike (S3) serviced at Ancaster Cycle to assess some aging parts and had them replaced where required. (The Shimano parts are the same parts found on other bikes and are not unique to Cervelo.) The bike feels like new and was very impressed with the smooth gear changing. I would recommend this bike store to meet your needs with improving the performance of your bike back to original specifications.
