What I don't like ?
- no washroom ( I drove an hour to Giant Ancaster )
I have to line up at Tim Hortons to use the washroom.
- minimal choices on bike pedals
(It is a common knowledge that bike don't come with pedals )
I neede my Giant bike to be put in a box to travel to Mexico; the service was very good and I would recommend the professionalism of the workers at Giant Ancaster to anyone who needs their service.
Very authentic and knowledgeable staff. Helpful and flexible. Good price point. I am a new customer, but it seems like they will provide reliable after sale service.
