Super quick service. Came in on a Friday for two new tires and tubes and was told that my bike would be ready sometime the following week. Later that afternoon, I received an e-mail that my bike was ready for pickup. Doesn't get any better than that! Thanks.

Top notch service from start to finish. Needed my bike tuned up to start the season. Booked me in no problem, sent me a text to let me know when the bike was ready and explained what was done. I was so happy with the service that I returned a few days later to buy a new helmet. I live closer to two other bike shops but had to return to Giant Ancaster because I appreciated their level of service. They have all my business moving forward.
