The constant change is frustrating. I realize you are trying to make things better. But I can't keep up. You took away the Wed power ride class. Most of the classes are all one ride. I hate riding to the beat and would prefer the energy in a Power Ride Class. The last 3-4 times I've been in the screens were not working for power ride. It's frustrating. I will be using my last three classes and likely will not be returning.
I think the cancellation policy is unfair and kinda unethical. If there is a waitlist, AYC is being paid double for a seat that was late cancelled. Combined with the high price overall, this is just a struggle for me to overcome.
What a great facility! I’m a fan and use it regularly! I look forward to the integration of the new fitmetrix. Will that have its own app? Is it possible for fitmetrix to provide a cumulative “powerride” type score?
The instructor, Beth, truly enjoyed leading the group with passion and energy. She smiled a lot, even while working at intense levels. This kind of enthusiasm is infectious and the group can’t help but respond positively to her genuine energy. Front desk was super friendly as well. They took the time to make me feel welcome as a first-timer even though there was a lot of attention required by many patrons. Good job all the way around!
