This was our first time at the Clark st location. Brian took the needed time to clip Zoey's nails. She is 6 months old and a rescue. She had her nails clipped once before. She new to grooming. Brian is the dog whisperer. Brian is wonderful. We will be going back for all needed services. She was calm and the results were perfect.

You are the only place that carries the food I want for my cat- the Ziwi Peak Air Dried Chicken ( a super high quality food. Service was excellent and store had a nice variety of high quality curated options for my pets.

Fantastic selection of products, extremely helpful and friendly staff. All of my questions were answered, and I was given great recommendations when purchasing a gift for a friend's cat (I only know dogs). But of course, the selection of products was so amazing, I also picked up plenty of items for my pup!

Everyone was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the grooming for Darcy who is about 14 years old. She is blind in one eye, has a hearing problem and is skittish. Brian calmed her down and gave her a great haircut. He also made recommendations for her in the future.

Alison and the staff at Kriser’s are absolutely incredible! Our dog Ladybug is pretty nervous when it comes to grooming, but Alison is so patient, kind, and amazing. Every time Ladybug comes home she looks fabulous! We can’t wait to keep coming back! ♥️

Alex, Tom, and Brianna at my local Andersonville store are always helpful, and my experience is the same also with those who work at the Clybourn Ave and Streeterville locations. The monthly sale specials are a great way to try out new foods. The brands of food are of definitely much higher quality than average pet food chain stores. I would like a few more cat food protein options like rabbit, or duck, or pork, that are limited ingredient because my older cats often get food allergies to the usual chicken, beef, etc but I understand that may be unusual compared to other cats.

Alison is the best groomer I've ever had the pleasure of trusting my dog with. She genuinely cares about every animal and has made us feel so welcome. The desk staff is always great and knowing of specifications. Cannot recommend Alison enough.
