Andrea was incredible throughout the entire buying process. She definitely knows what to look for in a great house and the different neighborhoods and made me feel confident in my decision when it came time to purchase. She was very thorough and organized with all of the closing steps and timelines and made it easy to understand as a first-time home buyer. Andrea was encouraging but never pushy throughout the entire process and worked hard on my behalf to help me negotiate and close on the house I really wanted. Andrea is honest and to-the-point. She knows the real estate business inside and out! When at a showing, she would point out pros and cons to compare properties. Her knowledge was dependable and counted upon. I learned much from her. She did not waste time on seeing options that she knew would not be desirable for me. I enjoyed her ever-positive disposition.
