The only thing I can compare this to, was my experience with the Realtor I used to sell my house prior to this purchase.
There is just no comparison, Andy was always there to turn to if I needed anything. In fact I should be embarrassed to admit that when I had issues with my selling property, he was even there to help me out, though he would see nothing of the profits.
I enjoyed everything about the “TEAM” that worked with me on this purchase. I truly hope I never have to go through this again for another 30 years, which is how long I was in my last house, but if I do I know who I will be calling.

Working with Andy was a great experience and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home or who would like to sell a home.
As a first time home buyer, I had little understanding of the process and didn't know what to expect. Andy took the time to explain things to me (sometimes multiple times). He was also extremely available and answered my calls/texts at all times of days and on weekends. I started casually looking for houses about 10 months prior to putting in an offer and Andy was incredibly patient throughout the process. I could truly tell that he wanted to help me find a house that would meet my needs and make me happy.

We loved the fact that our real estate agent, Andy was very attentive to our needs. He was also very proactive in all aspects of the whole home buying process. His personality is great for the real estate business.
We met Andy at an open house about a year and a half prior to purchasing our first home. He gave us his business card then and we began the process of searching for the "perfect" place to call home. Our search was very long and Andy showed us houses from Cazenovia to Syracuse, always within our budget and keeping our key requirements and interests in houses at the forefront of his mind. He enlisted us in the automated system that generates houses that come across the MLS based on interests, budget, etc. but then went out of his way to send us additional houses that he knew of, whether they were For Sale By Owner, or outside of the neighborhoods we were looking in, to keep us abreast of all of the options available.
I would consider Andy extremely responsive and knowledgable about any and all questions we asked along the way (and trust me, there were many)! He would text us until midnight and pull in different members of Hunt Realty when needed to help us move the process along faster.
When we put our first offer in on a house he was great with negotiation. He understood our price point and additional needs and discussed how our offer could fall through if we ask for too much, but encouraged us to ask for whatever we wanted. He had numerous conversations with the sellers agent on our behalf right down to the closing when there were still items remaining in the house that we didn't want.
Andy is not only a great realtor, but a very ethical business-oriented person as well. Along the way, of all the houses that were not perfect for us, Andy never tried to encourage us to put in an offer. Instead, he took our key likes and dislikes about homes we looked at to search for better options for us.

Andy is the consummate pro! I hunted for a year to find a house and he was with me every step of the way. He always responded quickly, provided information, and presented suggestions and alternatives, never pushing (incredibly important because it builds client trust!). I appreciated his ability to ask thoughtful questions that helped me figure out what I really wanted when I was stuck. He went out of his way to research information and troubleshoot issues at each stage. I would definitely recommend him to buyers or sellers.
