When I called, I received a call right back and the rep, Cathy was so helpful. I was under a time crunch and she got me all of my requests right away. (W-9) forms and a mock up to approve. I was able to get the order placed and will receive it in time for the start of school. I have been using this company for many years and will continue to do business with them.
Sean Walker was excellent! We've always ordered from a different company in the past, and he called and introduced himself to me asking if he could provide me some info. I was at our EOY and extremely busy and he checked in in frequently, but super low pressure. Once I got a little caught up, I found out my company did not want to use another vendor. While working with my "regular" vendor, they weren't being flexible and ultimately would not have been able to get my product to me in the time frame I needed. I decided to reach back out to Sean and he not only was able to meet my deadline, he was also able to price match what we needed! He was extremlely professional through the entire process and the rest of team was equally pleasant, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend.
