Professionalism: Anita knows real estate values, laws and details. And she explains them super-well so that the seller knows, too. I was grateful for her attitude of professionalism. Energy: Anita came to my sale with the energy of a 5 year old on Easter candy. Her spark of energy never seemed to wane, was focused like a laser beam and knew when I needed some space. Optimism: Her idea to "up" the asking price just before we went live online with the listing was something I heard and was grateful for. We sold for $45K over! I would have been grateful to get asking price. Follow Through: Anita remembered things I would forget. Anita would say she'd do something, and then she'd report that she'd done it and what the next step would be. Personality: It just happened that we are very similar women: strong, funny, optimistic, honest, savvy and intelligent.
