Recommended to us by our kids as they just bought their first house. Ann, has the full complement of what you want in an agent. Good knowledge of the market, good knowledge of people, nice to be around, good resources with peers and vendors, good judgement on when to push, when to pull and when to do nothing at all. Oh and amazing turnaround times and accessibility.
