Wow! If there was a score greater than a 10, I would choose it! Ann is the best real estate agent ever -- she is caring, knowledgeable, professional, always keeps you updated, willing to answer your questions day or night (and even during weekends!), AND, in my case, all from thousands of miles away!!! I met Ann in July when I wanted to look at a couple of homes while I was in the area and since then, she helped me navigate the perplexing world of real estate to select and finance the perfect home! I consider her not only my friend but also part of my "family!" She truly has gone above and beyond the call of duty, working with the other realtor and the sellers, working tirelessly to make sure that all the "T's" were crossed and the "I's" were dotted. Ann Ruhlig has helped us sell our home in Clarkston in November, and buy our new home in Pinckney, in May. She was punctual on everything, response time for scheduling the 30+ houses we looked at in the last year, communication with other listing agents, wrote our offers for a couple homes and had them within hours. We highly recommend her for selling and buying a home. What I liked most about Ann was her passive but aggressive personality, communicating the process and she knew her numbers well, watching as other houses hit the market, and sold.
