Annmarie brings her extensive experience to every aspect of a home purchase from septic fields and wells to anything that she feels are red flags to consider or bonuses of owning that property. Her "MO" is always making sure she has a vivid understanding of her client's perspective on which type of property would be desirable and which areas are in character with what she know based upon what she has already shown to you! I also adore her personality which is a dichotomy of serious/knowledgable and patient/humorous!
