It provides a good variety of classes. The classes are at times which suit most people who work. All ages are welcome in the classes. Classes I attend are of a good standard. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, which in turn creates a good atmosphere. It is kept clean and is in a good location. The reopening of the cafe has been a welcome feature.

I love the Forum. I mainly use the pool and then the spa area. I go for some health issues and getting into the warm water in the long jacuzzi is amazing for me! Facilities are good however the pool walls look very clinical rather than what used to be on them. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
