I worked with Lief specifically, but your staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I’m pretty green to biking and having someone like Lief to help guide me on making my purchase without overselling me was so helpful. Plus, you can just tell that the folks who work here are genuinely good people and want to help.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to drop by whenever I need assistance or want to explore the latest accessories. What truly sets this shop apart is the exceptional staff. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ve visited numerous times, and each time I’m greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help.
One particular incident that stands out is when I needed a quick bike repair just 30 minutes before closing time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my bike was fixed promptly and efficiently. Their dedication to customer service is truly commendable. Additionally, I appreciate that they consistently provide great service at very fair prices, making it a fantastic value for my money. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I brought my road bike into Apalachee Cycle for some service. It had been a while since I had ridden, and my shifters were gummed up. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get my bike up and running in a matter of hours. And for a fair price. The gears now shift as smoothly as silk. I took it for a ride the next day, and my bike has never ridden better. I highly recommend these guys!

Apalachee is the place to go if you care about extraordinary customer service! These guys are top notch. Recently had an issue getting to the shop before they closed and Dan said "no problem, I'll be here waiting on you" he stayed past closing so I could get my wife's bike. You just don't find that anymore!

The employees, we're extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I opted to have full service work, inspection, and replacement of worn and damaged parts. Throughout the process the staff were helpful and polite and most importantly my bike was completed exactly as requested and in a timely manner. Great pricing as well for the service!
