This was our first lawn service, and Buck walked around the yard with us and discussed what he would be doing, and also listened to and addressed our concerns. He treated our lawn as he discussed, and said if we notice any issues before the next service to call, and he would be out and take care of them.
This seems like it should be a good relationship, we look forward to seeing our lawn continue to look good.
The first two quarterly applications were only half done. I has specified that I needed to be contacted with the day and time of the day you were coming. My fence to the backyard remains locked. Without a phone call to me, the service was provided ONLY in the front. I paid the full amount due for the first quarterly visit, and sent an e-mail about the locked gate. I called after the second quarterly visit. Someone called and came to do the back yard/back of the house. I applied this visit to complete the first visit.
