I Love Club Apple! At 68 aging was taking it's toll, osteoporosis, unsteady walking, I knew I had to put forth the effort to improve my quality of life. I have tried many of the Apple classes each one was fun & I take then occasionally.
I have settled on the treadmill, bike & elliptical for my aerobics.
My walking stride is like I'm 35 again, and can even hike and run well.
(just ran 20 minutes to get a connecting flight at the airport without stopping!)
But I love the comprehensive weight machines.
I keep track of my progress, and that excites me!
I started at the lowest weight & reps I could - and just listened to my body - it tells me when I am ready to increase weight and reps.
I prefer the machines over free weights cause I have my own space & am assured a safer experience. I enjoy listening to a book, podcast or music so the time flies!
I recently came back from being gone 2 months due to family visits & vacation.
My progress had taken a hit! But I know that now that I am coming consistently I can regain my muscle and aerobic progress. I have more energy after the first week.

Love Both the Club Apple workout facility as well as the Tennis Club and the variety of options available for working out. We have used many of the opportunities from Line Dancing to weights and Pickleball along with the Hot Tub and Sauna.

I like that I can go one place to do it all. Gym, swim, courses, community visiting. It’s almost like a healthy home time these days and a great place to meet up with friends
