From the groomers to the front desk staff, this place is absolutely amazing. My dog is very nervous, and everyone is always so patient, gentle, and understanding with her. They even accommodated us when I had to bring her back a second day because she just wasn’t having it the first time, which meant so much to me. Not only do they do beautiful work every time, but they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. She always comes home looking so stinking cute and happy. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in such kind and caring hands. We truly couldn’t ask for a better grooming team!
