Your employees are amazing! The shopper gets greeted upon entering the store! Our dog always enjoys the attention she gets from the employees. Employees are very informed and knowledgeable about the products in the store. My questions are always answered well and suggestions on products are provided by employees. Devon was the last employee to help while I was looking for the healthiest options for items I wanted for my dog. He was friendly, courteous, very informed, and I appreciated him very much. I left feeling confident in my purchase.

I am so pleased with my experience at your location. Devin was amazing. I haven’t had a puppy for almost 18 years and now I have two and I left feeling very educated on treats, toys and what puppy foods I should be looking into. I felt like I got all my questions answered and I didn’t feel rushed. Erika was the cashier and she was very pleasant and a joy to chat with while she was checking out my item. Overall a 10/10 experience. Devin is such a wealth of knowledge and such an asset to Chuck and Dons.
