The groomer expressed concern that I was pleased with the 8/18/2025 face, feet, and fanny trim. She gave Oscar a great trim, was personable and wanted to please. But she focused so much on the trim she forgot to give Oscar his nail grind! I’ll bring him back once he comes home from being boarded with dog sitter.

Olivia is kind and patient with both me and my little one, Addie. Addie tries to be brave and was in for a nail trim. Olivia went out of her way to make sure Addie’s experience was not traumatizing as nail trims can be. Addie was brave, Olivia was wonderful and I am very happy.
