Love the friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean, compact, and easy to shop. Parking is convenient at the front door. I also like the work that Chuck and Don's does for rescues. The store features cats who need a home and regularly sell their products as donations to rescues.

We’ve been coming to Chuck & Don’s for many years, even when we had to drive to another suburb to shop there. The staff is excellent. They patiently listen to us and help us find the right dog food, calming chews, toys and harnesses for all of our dogs. We’re very glad they opened a store in our town - it’s even easier now to shop there! JH

Love the self wash for my dog. They set up towels, shampoo and conditioner. They also have brushes and dryers to have your pup looking grand when you leave.

Marin is our dog’s groomer and she does a fantastic job! She is very kind and listens carefully to how you want your dog’s hair cut. She knows about our dog’s very sad story before we rescued him and she is patient and gentle when working with him. She is simply the BEST! All of the other employees are great as well, friendly and very helpful.

Your staff at the Apple Valley MN location are the best!!! Each one of the staff I’ve dealt with either in person or in the phone have been amazing. You can really tell that they love what they do and are very guest centered whether two legged or 4. I am new to the e area and have many dogs in my lifetime and this facility is the only one I will bring my LucaDude who is a MinPin to care for him. The staff is so general with him as he tends to be a big chicken but your staff are incredible with him and that make me so grateful for his time with them knowing he is in safe and caring hands. Thank you Chuck & Don’s❤️🐶🙋🏻‍♀️
