All the staff have been amazing! My daughter is always greeted by her name when she walks in and always asks how her lesson was. That may be part of their job by the way they do it, it appears all genuine. The swim instructors are great with her. They give her praise on all her accomplishments instead of just focus on what she needs to improve. My daughter loves coming to her lessons!

We have been coming to Aquatots for almost 3 years and have never had a poor experience. Even if we have a class with a coach my daughter isn't used to they are always welcoming, and knowledgeable of where my daughter is in her swim level progress. The front staff are always kind and recognize my daughter when she walks in. The management is impeccable and maintains keen attention to detail to make sure their staff and guests needs are met. The facilities are always clean and dry. The staff is quick to tackle any wet spots to prevent accidents. We visit Aquatots weekly and in the event of illness or an emergency they always are understanding and offer make up classes so that lost time can be made up. We Love the staff here and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

The instructors are very helpful and patient with the students. They are attentive into the students fear or excitement swimming lessons. They don't push the students into a the new lesson but instead work with them smoothly into learning a new swimming technique. Also having an extra instructor walking around the pool during all lessons in case of an emergency. Safety. And the hours and days are very supportive in one's busy work schedule.

The coaches are always so patient and have helped my boys love the water. More importantly, they are learning valuable skills to stay safe. Well worth the money!

Amazing staff and atmosphere! I can't stress this enough! I feel comfortable and welcomed and relaxed. No pushy sales by anyone but I always get email reminders, front desk staff no matter who seems to remember my kids name always. Plus the app checks me in. Always clean and efficiently ran. Great course design, super seamless no matter what instructor or class my son has. I recommend this Aqua Tots to everyone!

Coaches and Staff are so warm and welcoming to the kids. The encouragement and positivity while teaching new skills really engages the kids. Just Fantastic.

Love the small classes and how much my kids have advanced since starting. Its pretty expensive, so its the only drawback but its worth the price of survival in my opinion

We love that safety is a priority, while still allowing our child to have fun! The school is always always ALWAYS clean, staff is professional, and our child counts down the days between lessons. He can't wait to go! We feel that genuine progress is being made in his swimming abilities, thanks to instructors and repetition of skills.
