Patience. My little is still learning to be comfortable in the water without mom and dad present. Our instructor always goes over and beyond to make them comfortable.

We want to Thank Coach Christian, Elizabeth was having a difficult time during summer as she didn't feel confident of her skills and he gave her a pep talk Ted Lasso style and brought her back to her old self. This is not the first time he does it, several times after each class he encourages her. We are Thankful to coach Christian, he is not only a good coach but a good person and human being.

The day time teacher throughout the week is very thorough and patient. Our daughter has learned so much!

The facility is always clean, the staff is very friendly welcoming and my son, John loves coming every week. His coach is wonderful and she always updates us on his progress and has even made a few suggestions on how to help him progress.

Coaches are great! We love Coach McKenzie. One point of feedback is that for kids under 5, if there is going to be a substitute coach, please let parents know on the app. Kids don’t handle strangers that well.

We are very happy with Aqua Tots (Alpharetta) and our daughter is improving with her progress each turn. The coaches are really good and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure our daughter is comfortable and at the same time make other children feel comfortable and attend to them as well. I really liked the concept of having an extra instructor/coach for crying children as it really calms them down. Also, really like the honest feedback after each class that the coaches give. The kids are learning, clean facility, instructors are doing a great job. Just a minor suggestion the man’s bathroom tends to have a smell even not in use.

Front desk staff are very nice. Swimming instructors are very patient and friendly. I'm so thankful my son has been with the swimming instructor Martin. Martin is amazing, keep up the great work.

Great teachers. Easy program to follow. Sometimes the substitute teachers aren’t as knowledgeable and it seems more like a free swim. And it would be nice to have received some more encouragement/support for crying kids when we first started.
