The instructors have been amazing! They all have been so kind and patient and actually seem to be enthusiastic and to care about their job. My daughter was afraid of putting her head under water and now she is excited and WANTS to do it! Her confidence has grown SO much in such a short amount of time and it's been fun to see. I also appreciate the updates at the end of class. It's nice to be kept in the loop and I'm sure it helps boost my daughter's confidence. Oh, and the app has been super convenient and easy to use!

i really like the class and there are a lot of classes available. we have some favorite instructors. mostly my tot just loves class and being in the water. Some coaches are really good about offering more advanced options when they see she has mastered something, we really like classes with coach Danny for that reason.

Ares, the instructor. Ares (Anna, I think), is absolutely amazing; great coach with 6 yrs who are easily distracted (obviously mine), able to get the important work done to teach our kids to swim, fun, supportive, smiley, kind, excited to tell us the good things that our kids have done and what they are working toward. I can't say enough great things about Ares! The pool area feels so much safer with deck staff. The small class sizes is a important to our family. The facility is clean. Class starts and ends on time. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. It is nice to have showers and grooming items. The furniture is getting a little worn (6 out 10 so not bad but getting there). Prices are high, and we appreciated the holiday savings offer. Great app with progress and updates each week. Coach D has been wonderful! In less than a month she has helped our little lady who was very nervous about putting her head underwater have so much confidence in all the skills she is building in the pool. She can dunk and even with help get a ring from the bottom of the pool in a few weeks. It’s pretty amazing to watch how quickly she is progressing with coach D’s expertise!

We were able to get our lessons scheduled with Anna... she is excellent in her focus on each child, her joy in teaching and her professional response with parents . Catherine who often is at the front is also excellent in response to needs and questions ! She is a great facilitator . I didn't score a 10, because I feel that the facility should hire a separate employee to strictly clean and Mop during the busy times... so many dirty shoes and wet floors... many folks using bathrooms. The chairs and floors need to be mopped with bleach every single night! Over all, we are pleased with our experience!
