Customer service provided, care by staff on front desk, good communication, good application on your phone, actual swim coaches are personable with young students, facilities are immaculate, like the smaller pool size, love the option of having one on one if you want it.

The year round regimented program that eliminates fear of swimming. I do think that my daughter should be pushed a little more.

From everyone from the front desk, to the coaches, and the managers--they are all absolutely incredible. We have loved aqua tots at every stop the Air Force has brought us, but this one takes the cake. Truly incredible and the love they have for our family and all other families is top notch.

Amazing facility! Instructors are amazing at what they do. Steven is an amazing instructor, he built so much confidence for both my brothers. They were really sad that he was going back to school, the transition to Gabriel was amazing, they also enjoyed having their classes with him. Overall amazing team, [FIRST NAME REMOVED] and Jackie are amazing front desk Members! Made the enrollment process amazing and easy!

I really enjoy the facility, instructors, and front desk. Coach Felicity has also been amazing with giving feedback after class. I really appreciate her patience with my son and her dedication to providing the best swim class possible. I have definitely seen improvement with Damian’s swim skills and he looks forward to class each time. Overall i am very happy with Aqua-Tots!

Created a extra class so that both my daughters could learn to swim that same time. You followed up on my last bad NPS survey and really turned things around. The girls love their coaches and ms Mary Jo. You are doing a good job over there keep it up!
