I absolutely love this swim school. My son began at 8 months and now at 12 is an excellent swimmer. Now we're back again with our second but one thing I always dread is having to use the restrooms. They're usually pretty gross with urine on the toilet and floor. The cleanliness of the lobby tables are hit and miss.
Coach Avery has been nothing short of amazing with our son. He actually looks forward to swimming every week with her. So that’s why we like it because he loves it.
We love Aqua-toys. We went from having two kids who couldn’t swim and one who really didn’t like water, to two swimmers who can confidently get out of water safely now. Aqua-tots instructors worked really well with our kids in going at their pace and not pushing them. I had to trust the instructors, and boom… one day, they begged to go to the pool and jumped right in. They’ve been loving the water ever since. :)
My son has progressed so much with his swimming since going here. I didn’t give a 10 for a few reasons. Number one, the bathrooms in the swim school are usually dirty and number two, we have had several issues with the schedule. Lessons starting either late or early. One time they texted us to say that they were running behind and to arrive 15 mins late, so we did. Then when we got there they said they got back on time and already started the lesson. We asked why they didn’t text us again to let us know and she said “I didn’t wanna blow up your phone”. Wished they would have just texted to let us know that they were now running on time so we didn’t miss the lesson.
Your teachers have been absolutely great. Axel just loves his swimming lessons. We got off to kind of a rocky start because of a little bit of lack of communication regarding the scheduling, but once we got that figured out, it’s been terrific. Thank you.
My son is making Amazon progress, the coaches are super nice and motivating, and the class keeps my son engaged. He went from being too scared of water to even wash his hair in the shower to jumping in the pool no problem in less than a month. Worth every dime
I am so sorry but I do not know the name of the wonderful instructor my grandson has at his 11:40 Monday classes. She is just wonderful. Encouraging, supportive and in tune with those little ones. Thank her for me and let me know her name.
Thank you,

Coach Charlotte has gone above and beyond with coaching our son. He is non verbal and once we told her that she started using sign language and he responded much better.
She deserves a raise and a bonus.
